As part of my role I developed and run the ongoing management of the Conversion Index. The Conversion Index? is a robust measure of a brand?s ability to attract, engage and ultimately convert to sale today?s search enabled, socially-connected consumers, customers and clients. Over 250 digital marketing communication data points are analyzed to determine what?s working, what?s not, why and how to fix it, fast. I am also a member of the CMA Customer Insights and Measurement Council.
